Warranty Card Required: A valid warranty card and proof of purchase must be presented to claim warranty service. Warranty claims without valid documentation may not be accepted.
Manufacturing Defects Covered: Warranty covers defects in electrical, electronic and mechanical components caused by manufacturing defects under normal household use.
Pest & Insect Damage Not Covered: Damage caused by cockroaches, ants, rats, insects or other pests—including damage to PCB boards, wiring, sensors, motors, valve or other internal components—is not covered under warranty.
Improper Use Not Covered: Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper cleaning, incorrect operation or failure to follow the product instructions is not covered.
Voltage & Electrical Damage: Damage caused by voltage fluctuations, power surges, incorrect electrical connections, short circuits or unsuitable power supply is not covered unless specifically stated in the warranty.
Water & External Damage: Damage caused by water entry, moisture, fire, flooding, accidents, impact or other external causes is not covered.
Unauthorized Repair or Modification: The warranty becomes invalid if the product is opened, repaired, modified or serviced by an unauthorized person or service center.
Installation Requirements: Damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect gas/electrical connection, unsuitable ducting or installation not following the recommended guidelines is not covered.
Warranty Period: Warranty coverage varies depending on the product, model and component. Please refer to the warranty card supplied with the product for the applicable warranty period or you can check in our website.
Service Charges: During the applicable warranty period, eligible manufacturing defects will be handled according to the warranty terms. Standard service, inspection, transportation and replacement-part charges may apply after the warranty period has expired.
